Common fixes
- Purchases: open Tally Pro and tap Restore. You can also manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- iCloud Sync: confirm that you are signed in to iCloud, iCloud Drive is available, and Tally has Pro access.
- Voice entry: check microphone and speech recognition permissions in iOS Settings, then try again on a stable network.
- CSV import: use four columns for amount, note, date, and category. Keep dates in one consistent format.
- Widgets: open Tally once after changing data, then reload the widget if iOS has not refreshed it yet.
